In the unlikely event your WaterVue bathroom TV stops working you can always call or email our customer service team. We are always happy to help and can often troubleshoot an issue over the phone. If the problem persists, and there is a problem with the unit itself we will replace your current TV with a brand new unit within 72 hours.
